Ashley Garnier's entrepreneurial journey is marked by her relentless drive and extensive experience in sales management, customer relations, and insurance. Utilizing her skills, Ashley dived into entrepreneurial endeavors that not only aligned with her interests and passions but also with her believed God-given purpose.
Ashley's professional path began in the United States Air Force, where she served as a Knowledge Operations Manager from 2005 to 2012. Her military experience honed her organizational, leadership, and administrative skills. During her service, Ashley was responsible for directing support services, inventory, improving internal procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
She took this knowledge and transitioned to the insurance sector in 2017, joining Liberty National Life Insurance Company as a Supervising Agent. Immediately proving herself indispensable, Ashley honed her leadership skills by training agents and customizing insurance programs. Her growing expertise in the industry earned her a position at National General Insurance Company in Houston, TX where she was recognized with the prestigious Circle of Excellence award in the first quarter of 2021.
Leveraging her leadership skills, sales acumen, and industry knowledge, Ashley's pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator has been able to help Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.
